Majority Floor Leader Rocky Adkins, State Representative, District 99

Rep. Rocky Adkins co-sponsored House Resolution 122 commending Kentucky's participation in Helmets to Hardhats, an innovative project that matches returning military to good-paying construction jobs.

Rep. Adkins is pictured with participants in Helmets to Hardhats including Mark Kennedy, from Lawrence County, who served in two wars in Afghanistan and Iraq. Mark lives in Lawrence County and upon returning to Kentucky became a first year apprentice in the Plumbers and Steamfitters Local Union # 248 through Helmets to Hardhats.
